A little more than a year ago, while waiting for a client, I had a idea. A concept to publish a book of stories, stories that other people wrote but didn't have the where-with-all or means to put into print. Today that book is not just an idea. I'll do all the layout. I'll select and purchase images to go with all stories (unless you want to provide them instead). I can't exactly fund this entire effort 100%, but I can give a deep discount for layout services. I am asking $9.95 per submission. This amount will help me pay my mortgage, buy food and insurance and ultimately, feed the next member of my family (Henry) who has not materialized yet. However, if I get enough people to underwrite this effort, I will be able to drop the submission price. Here's the cover proof for the upcoming volume. I'm collecting stories now! This book makes a great fund-raiser and Memory Book! I'll be creating a beautiful keepsake book for Baby A's first two years within the next week. Her proud Grandmama will be giving that out as Christmas gifts this year (head's up for all of you who know Baby A and want a copy). |
