Aside from being fabulous (coming from the mouths of my customers), I want to take this opportunity to re-iterate (3) key things I've got on my business card.  They are there for some very good reasons.

1. I am reliable.  I answer my phone.  I respond to emails in a timely fashion.  I'm won't "go poof! and disappear".
2. I am very creative.  If you want a specific "look", you need to give me specific examples because I am not yet capable of reading minds.  But... if you don't have something specific in mind and ask me to be creative, I will give you a very beautiful and professional electronic representation of your business.  This may be a good opportunity for you to "see" yourself through someone else's eyes.  Not something you get to see everyday and sometimes, it's something you need to see.  Please note:  I think it's very important that ALL the representations of your business have a level of consistency to them.  Consistency helps cement your image in the mind of your customer.  This means consistency in colors and images.  Tone and attitude.
3. I'm naturally cheerful.  I'm courteous.  I'm a great team player.  I maintain a seriously high level of tenacity and accept the fact that I am anal retentive and that's a good thing, oh, p.s., I make no apologies for my need for a spell checker.

Not on my business card, but of great importance... I never hold my customer's information hostage.

I do not provide "hosting" services.  What I do do (hmmm....) is recommend cost-effective places to purchase hosting from, web hosts that also provide solid and consistently "reachable" technical support services provided by humans.

Web site creation and face-lifts are considered "projects" and I've got specific project pricing which is dependant on what it is you want your web site to be.  My web site project pricing includes a full year of support, documentation and training for as many tasks as you want to take on.   SEO for all web site projects is considered a separate project and priced accordingly.
